Shipping & returns

How ordering works

Choose your products and delivery method, press "Order" and leave your contact details. No payment up front: we will contact you to confirm the order, delivery price and lead time, then send an invoice.

Delivery prices

• Within Vilnius: free on orders over €150.00, otherwise €6.50.
• Lithuania: courier €6.50.
• European Union: €24.00.
• Other countries: €49.00.
• Large preserved trees and living plants: Lithuania only, €45.00–€120.00, agreed individually by size and address.
• Delivery by arrangement: when installation, carrying or special conditions are needed.

Lead times

The production and delivery time is shown on each product page in business days (e.g. round moss artworks 10, LED artworks and living plants 20, small items 5). We confirm the exact date when we contact you about the order.

Customs and duties (outside the EU)

Prices include Lithuanian VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, payable by the recipient.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason – email info@lowrain.lt. Return the item undamaged in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us; the buyer pays the return shipping. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

Non-returnable items

• Living plants (perishable goods).
• Pieces made to the buyer's specifications (for example, moss artworks in a chosen size, colour or shape).

Living plant quality

If a living plant was damaged through our fault, or arrives rotten, dry or diseased and you notice within 14 days of purchase, we will replace it.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel is damaged, inspect it in front of the courier, take photos and email us within 2 business days. We will put it right as quickly as possible.
