Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

The buyer submits an order on the website. The contract is formed when the seller confirms the order (price, delivery and lead time) and the buyer pays the pro-forma invoice. If we can no longer make or deliver an item, we will let you know and refund the full amount paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery price is shown in the order; for large items and delivery by arrangement it is confirmed when we contact you. Payment is by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice.

4. Delivery and returns

Delivery terms, the 14-day right of withdrawal and its exceptions are set out on the "Shipping & returns" page.

5. Product characteristics

Preserved and living plants are natural, so the colour, shape and texture of each piece may differ slightly from the photos. This is not a defect.

6. Disputes

We aim to resolve any issue directly, so please write to us first. Otherwise you may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Lithuanian law applies.
