What we collect and why

• Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address and order contents, to fulfil the contract and for accounting. If paying online, card details are handled only by the payment provider.
• Contact form enquiries: name, email, optional phone and your message, to reply to you.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is stored only in your own browser (localStorage). During checkout Stripe may use strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention.

Recipients

Banks and payment providers (payments), courier companies (delivery), and our hosting and email providers. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years). Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after our last correspondence.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing. Email info@lowrain.lt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (www.ada.lt).
